About Us
More Than a Clinic – A Community of Healing
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Regina Evans discovered her passion for caring for others at a young age while growing up around horses. She pursued this calling by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University, then went on to spend 14 years at UPMC, one of the nation’s leading hospital systems. Her experience in the field since 2006 further deepened her commitment to patient care.
Driven to expand her impact, Regina returned to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). In 2020, she and her family relocated to Las Vegas, where she began her FNP practice with a vision of blending modern medicine with whole-person wellness.
The name Dalah carries a deeply personal meaning—born from the names of her children, Damian and Neelah. It symbolizes family, compassion, and Regina’s unwavering dedication to building a clinic where patients are cared for like family.
